HRP – High Reaction Performance ("the app"), developed by Michael Mauroner, respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we process and how.
- Data we collect
• Account: when you use "Sign in with Apple" we receive an identifier, your name (if you share it) and an email (real, or Apple's anonymous "relay" address if you choose to hide it).
• Profile: name, role (athlete or coach) and any coach/invite code.
• Training results: scores, reaction times, exercise type and the date of the sessions you choose to save.
• Personal Diary: your session history is stored only on your device and is not transmitted.
• Camera: some peripheral-vision exercises may use the front camera to detect gaze direction. Images are processed only on the device, in real time, and are never recorded or sent.
• Technical data: basic device and usage information, for stability and security, via Google's Firebase services.
- How we use data
To manage sign-in, save your progress, show your team leaderboard to the coach, and keep the app working and secure. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.
- Sharing
• If you enter a coach's code, your name and results become visible to that coach and to the athletes on their team (team leaderboard).
• Data is processed through Firebase (Google), our technical provider, to run the app.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
- Minors
The app may be used by underage athletes: in that case use must take place under the supervision of a parent/guardian or the coach, who consents to the data processing described here.
- Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and data at any time directly in the app: Tools & Info → Delete account; this removes your profile, scores and sign-in, and revokes Sign in with Apple. Alternatively, you can request deletion by emailing [email protected]. The local Diary is removed by deleting the app.
- Face data (TrueDepth / camera) The "HRP Periferico" exercise offers an optional "Gaze control" feature (off by default; available only on devices with a TrueDepth front camera). When you turn it on, the app uses Apple's ARKit Face Tracking (TrueDepth API) to detect, in real time, whether your gaze moves away from the central fixation point, so it can warn you during the drill. This processing happens entirely on your device. No images, video, or face data are recorded, stored, or transmitted. The gaze information is analyzed frame-by-frame in memory and immediately discarded; it is never saved to your device, never uploaded to our servers, and never shared with any third party. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or tracking. The camera is active only while the exercise is running with this feature enabled, and stops as soon as you leave the exercise or turn the feature off.
