FAQ • How do I save my progress? Use "Sign in with Apple": your scores stay linked to your profile. • How do I connect to my coach? During sign-up, enter the code your coach gives you. • Does the app use the camera? Only in some peripheral-vision exercises, processed on-device in real time: nothing is recorded or sent. • How do I delete my account and data? In the app: Tools & Info → Delete account — it permanently removes your profile, scores and sign-in, and revokes Sign in with Apple. Otherwise, email [email protected].

HRP trains the brain through visual stimuli, sound and movement — no text to read during the exercises. • Open Skill (field): Sensory Input and Space-Time, each with a Memory variant — react with your body to colors, numbers, Stroop, math and spatial directions. • Closed Skill (seated): N-Back, Reactor, Dual Task, Memory, Peripheral, Hunt, Startle — build working memory, attention and reaction. • Reaction Test: 6 modes — Lights (when they go out - Go!), Auditory (use headphones), Colors, Stroop, Math, Tracking. Each run is scored and saved to your local Diary. • Acoustic impulse: every visual stimulus is paired with a sound — STEREO, CHAOS and METRONOME modes. • Breathing: Box, Relaxation, Cardiac Coherence, Activation. • Team Leaderboard: join a coach's team with their code and your reaction-test results post automatically. Without a team, results stay private in your Diary. • Apple Watch: a remote for the iPhone during Open Skill and Breathing.
What does the Apple Watch do? It is a remote control. The exercise runs on the iPhone; from the Watch you switch mode, START/STOP, and adjust the parameters (Latency, Recovery, Duration) from your wrist — Breathing durations too. Keep the iPhone unlocked with the app open on the exercise: the Watch stays connected via Bluetooth and its language follows the iPhone.
